Video Access is now offering a Nintendo DS Lite gaming system to the Corrections Industry. This system has been modified by VA to permit game playing only. The Pictochat feature which allows for wireless communication between two parties is not available on the new VA unit.

Video Access will apply a security seal to each unit before shipment to prevent access to the inside of the unit and making it impossible to store contraband without Facility personnel being immediately alerted.

In addition each unit that is sold to an individual Inmate will be tracked by serial number to that specific Inmate and the Facility will have a permanent record at all times.
